These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Madura88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://madura88.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, and arcade games.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Madura88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Madura88.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on Madura88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Madura88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities, consistent with internationally licensed gaming operations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for your use under applicable local law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any Madura88 personnel.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Madura88 or had an account closed for terms violations.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on Madura88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify Madura88 promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.1 — Registration Requirements

• A valid and unique email address.
• A username that does not impersonate any other person or contain offensive language.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Your date of birth (must confirm you are aged 21 or above).
• A valid contact number.

4.2 — KYC Documentation

Madura88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests, when account activity triggers fraud monitoring systems, or during periodic account reviews. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet registered to the same name).
• Proof of address, where requested (utility bill, bank statement — dated within 90 days).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days may result in temporary restriction of Account functionality, including suspension of withdrawal processing.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Madura88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit and registered in the same name as the Madura88 Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding RM 500 is processed.
• Madura88 targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow requests during standard operating hours, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. These are target times, not guarantees.
• Madura88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is deemed necessary for fraud prevention or AML compliance.

5.3 — Player Funds

All deposited player funds are held in accounts segregated from Madura88 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in all ordinary operating circumstances.

All wagers placed on Madura88 — whether on sports markets (including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, and other sporting competitions), casino games, live dealer tables, or instant games — are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules (e.g., cash-out feature where available).
• Madura88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or technical errors in odds pricing.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active bet or game round, Madura88 will resolve the situation in accordance with its system logs. The Platform's records shall be the definitive reference for all dispute resolution.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the relevant product sections. Winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits will be capped at those limits.
• Mix Parlay bets combining multiple football match selections are available on eligible markets. Each selection within a Mix Parlay must individually qualify as an eligible market; the inclusion of a void leg will result in that leg being treated as a non-runner, reducing the overall accumulator odds accordingly.
• Minimum stake values apply per game type and are displayed at the point of wager placement.

Madura88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated per-promotion and range typically from 15x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Account balance. Real-money funds are used first in all wager settlements unless specified otherwise.
• Madura88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only during the period stated in their specific terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering purely on low-edge games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting system errors, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Madura88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account for any reason, including circumventing restrictions, reclaiming bonuses, or concealing identity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit made on Madura88 while retaining funds or winnings derived from that deposit.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. Madura88 cooperates with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets, exploit odds inefficiencies, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer tables, or any multiplayer game.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are void and subject to clawback.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the Madura88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Madura88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of Madura88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Madura88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform outages or connectivity issues.

Madura88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we target a 99.4% uptime SLA, this is a target metric and does not constitute a guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Madura88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Madura88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the wellbeing of all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable loss thresholds over a chosen period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Receive alerts after defined play durations to encourage breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break (24 hours to 30 days) without full self-exclusion.

Madura88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity triggering fraud or AML monitoring protocols.
• Player request for self-exclusion.
• Receipt of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.
• Any activity that Madura88 determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

Upon Account closure for terms violations, any Balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are verified as legitimately funded will be returned to the player subject to successful KYC completion, unless they are subject to a valid legal hold.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Madura88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Madura88 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.

Players wishing to raise a complaint should first contact Madura88 support via live chat. Madura88 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 28 days.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
